FAREWELL

Farewell

To the soil of the land - who's
Pouring blood to the sea
Homeless orphans raging the street
Mourning star, boring moon, scorching sun
Quiet desert in the East - we gathered
All black - color depicts message
We all say - Farewell

To the fallen mothers, workaholic fathers
Laid down recklessly - your swords
The fight is not for now - let's lie by your side we cried
'Cause the gods of the land once vanquished
But now who's fault? The future bid farewell
Let the bitter screams reach your abode
Were you able to sleep or still holding the soil?
We'll all say - Farewell

The pandemic disease shattered us
Feeds on young to adult - abound painful hunts
No comforter, scattered sheeps looking for shield
Lost your way and get drowned
Again, hunger turned us to beasts
Ourselves - predators and preys
Incessant suicide cases - "let's end it here" they said
We'll all say - Farewell

Now monster city, zombies and animals parade
Not anymore our mother soil
We'll not forget the fortune you once brought
Happy men, giggles of women - vanished
We'll lay hold on you once more
Maybe to the other side of the country
We've crossed the border -
Somehow now or maybe forever
We all say - Farewell
